Terms Of Service

Clear rules for using your Yoover account professionally and responsibly.

These terms explain how Yoover accounts, billing, acceptable use, service availability, and support work across yoover.com. They are written to be readable first, while still covering the things users and teams actually need to know.

Acceptance Of Terms

By accessing Yoover, purchasing a plan, or signing in to an account hosted on yoover.com, you agree to these Terms of Service and the related Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not continue using the service.

These terms apply to public signup, billing, webmail, account settings, technical support, and related communication sent by Yoover about your account or service status.

Accounts & Eligibility

You may create and use an account only if the information you provide is accurate and you are permitted to enter into a binding agreement under the laws that apply to you. You are responsible for keeping your contact email, billing details, and password current.

What you control

Your mailbox identity, aliases, password, connected clients, and how you use your account day to day.

What we provide

Hosted mailbox infrastructure, account access, plan management, and support channels for normal service use.

Acceptable Use

Yoover is designed for legitimate communication and account identity. You agree not to misuse the platform in ways that damage service integrity, create risk for other users, or violate law or policy.

  • Use the service for personal, business, team, or project communication that is lawful and respectful.
  • Do not send spam, phishing campaigns, malware, or bulk automated abuse through Yoover infrastructure.
  • Do not impersonate another person, misrepresent your affiliation, or use the service for fraud or harassment.
  • Do not attempt to interfere with system operations, authentication, billing, or other accounts.

Billing, Renewals & Plan Changes

Paid Yoover plans renew on the billing interval you selected during signup unless canceled beforehand. Initial charges, renewal timing, and payment method details may be processed by third-party billing providers that support our subscription flow.

  • Charges are billed in the currency and amount shown during checkout.
  • Subscriptions may renew automatically until canceled from your account or through support.
  • During testing or sandbox flows, subscription status may briefly appear as pending while provider records sync.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may request cancellation of a subscription before the next renewal date to avoid future recurring charges. Cancellation generally applies to future billing cycles and does not automatically reverse charges that were already successfully processed.

  • Cancel before renewal if you do not want the next billing cycle to be charged.
  • When a payment has already been captured, any refund request is reviewed based on timing, whether the mailbox was provisioned, and whether the service was materially used.
  • If provisioning fails after payment, contact support from your billing email so we can review activation status and determine the appropriate next step.
  • Abuse, fraud, policy violations, or chargeback misuse may make an account ineligible for refund consideration.
Before renewal If you cancel in time, future automatic renewals should stop and no new cycle should be billed.
After a successful charge Refunds are not guaranteed automatically and may depend on activation state, usage, and provider processing status.

Security Responsibilities

We work to protect the service platform, but you are responsible for your own password hygiene, device security, and account access choices. If your credentials are lost, leaked, or shared, the risk to the account increases significantly.

  • Choose a strong password and avoid reusing credentials from other sites.
  • Use two-factor authentication or app-specific credentials when available and appropriate.
  • Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or billing misuse.

Availability, Maintenance & Support

We aim to keep Yoover stable and available, but uptime cannot be guaranteed without interruption. Planned maintenance, provider incidents, abuse prevention actions, or infrastructure faults may occasionally affect access or performance.

Support is provided on a reasonable-effort basis through our help and contact channels. The fastest way to resolve account-specific issues is usually to contact support using the billing email associated with your purchase.

Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if an account violates these terms, creates security or abuse risk, fails payment obligations, or causes operational harm to the service or other users. We may also remove inactive or canceled services according to retention and recovery rules communicated in the product.

Normal cancellation You can cancel an eligible plan through account billing controls or by contacting support.
Abuse or risk cases We may suspend sooner where necessary to protect infrastructure, users, deliverability, or legal compliance.
